We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain operations, focusing on demand planning, supply planning, data analytics, transportation, procurement, warehouse management, and inventory control. This role will be critical in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring we meet customer demands while maintaining cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Demand and Supply Planning:Develop and implement demand and supply planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand accurately and adjust supply plans accordingly.Data Analytics:Utilize data analytics tools to analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs related to inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and overall supply chain efficiency.Transportation Management:Oversee transportation logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.Negotiate contracts with carriers and freight service providers to optimize transportation costs and service levels.Procurement:Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability of materials and services.Warehouse and Inventory Management:Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products.Implement inventory management best practices to minimize excess stock and reduce carrying costs while maintaining service levels.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with production, sales, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment on supply chain strategies and objectives.Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.Team Leadership:Mentor and lead a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on demand and supply planning in the construction products industry.Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and supply chain management software (e.g., ERP systems).Proven experience in transportation management, procurement, and warehouse operations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
