Project CoordinatorOur client, a growing organization, is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support large-scale capital construction projects. This individual will be responsible for coordinating contractor and internal schedules, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of project plans.This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon. This role will be working around 20 hours a week.Responsibilities

Support the project management team in executing construction projects, with a primary focus on coordinating schedules for ongoing initiatives.Use MS Project to consolidate multiple contractor and internal schedules into a comprehensive master schedule.Track schedule updates, identify variances, and address conflicts through regular meetings with project leads.Collaborate with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, and contractor scheduling leads on a daily and weekly basis to ensure project timelines are met.Review and manage data related to the construction schedule, ensuring all updates are reflected in the master schedule.Assist with secondary tasks such as data management and material tracking as needed.Monitor project progress during construction, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate new information or changes.Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project coordination or scheduling roles.Strong experience with MS Project, including building and managing complex schedules.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data management skills.Experience working in scheduling for construction or industrial projects.Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MS Excel.Strong data management and organizational skills.Compensation: $52-$62/hr. (DOE)Benefits
