Pay Range: $104,000 DOE

What you will do:
Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations
Ensure assigned residents receive their medication and treatments as ordered in the respective care plans
Act as a leader to support a team of LPN's and CNA's
Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered by RCM and DON
Must have:
Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state (NEW GRADS WELCOME!)
Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English proficiently
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a Leadership capacity in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting

As required by state and local law, Pullman Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Pullman Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
