Shift Lead

Must be able to work the following schedule :
*Thursday 6-10:30 *Friday 6-10:30 *Saturday 4:30-10:30 *Sunday 10:30-8:30 *Other flexibility is preferred. The ideal candidate has a completely open schedule and does not require frequent time off
Lion Bridge Brewing Company is looking for a motivated, reliable, and leadership-oriented shift leader.
Responsibilities:
Pour beer for guests and manage the bar
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Train and supervise staff members, including bartenders and servers
Check out servers at the end of their shifts
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction
Report directly to Taproom Manager
Qualifications:
Able to pass a background check (must not have a history of violent crime, sex abuse, or misuse of alcohol, including assault, theft, DUI, etc., or a felony)
At least 21 years old
Previous experience in a similar role, such as assistant manager or shift supervisor, is a plus but not required
Must have previous experience in a restaurant as a host or server if you have no restaurant leadership experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Base pay is $7.25 plus tips, which usually averages to $20-30+ hourly.
