As a Texas Natural Gas Senior Trader in Houston, you will report to the Director of Natural Gas Trading and will manage physical and financial natural gas price risk in the Texas and Western Gulf Coast region.Manage physical and financial natural gas flat price and basis risk for Texas and Western Gulf Coast region.Support origination and sales with pricing.Deploy fundamentals-based trading strategies.What You’ll BringA Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a similar discipline.A minimum of 3 years of natural gas trading experience.A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.Extensive knowledge of Texas intra and interstate pipelines.Knowledge of Texas/Mexico cross-border gas flow dynamics.Highly analytical thinker with an understanding of probability and risks.Must enjoy problem solving and creating trading opportunities.A strong working knowledge of North American natural gas fundamentals.Clear and effective communicator.Willingness to engage in dialogue and debate with colleagues.Ability to work autonomously and be flexible.Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or VBA.This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy.Must be willing and able to comply with ENGIE’s policy regarding COVID vaccination and testing.Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies.CompensationSalary Range:

$146,300 – $224,135 USD annually. This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
