You will be responsible for providing support to Programs; including Program Team members, Construction Team members and is part of the Program Management and Construction Management (PMCM) Controls Team.The Senior Document Controls Manager develops and maintains document and record control operations, policies, processes, and procedures for the secure management and access of program information assets. You will establish security protocols for the access, storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all documents.Your Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish Quality Assurance through the development and maintenance of efficient and effective procedures and standards for document control, including document development, approval, distribution, amendment, revision history, and audits.Ensure effective Quality Control methods (e.g. – review and accept or approve) are implemented.Research and collaborate on solutions and embrace innovation and creativity as part of the role.Support the workflow and delivery of required documents for a capital Program, overseeing the flow and management of documents from the Program team and other sources.Manage interfaces with all parties involved with the Program’s EDMS, ensuring the workflows and distribution matrices are managed for accurate, fast, and efficient information sharing.Establish and maintain good relationships with Program staff, Owner, and subcontractors/suppliers.Maintain and manage the project Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) and ancillary systems for the record and retention of the project documents.Manage timely submission of RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, claims internally and externally.Manage metadata parameters ensuring all files are appropriately named, distributed, and meet project requirements related to OCR.Responsible for managing, training and mentoring document control specialists.Train team members in processes and document control software as necessary.QualificationsYour Capabilities and CredentialsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Bluebeam Revu, etc.)Microsoft SharePoint development and administration experience (required).Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.Must demonstrate organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) experience strongly preferred.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar discipline.Minimum of ten (10) years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience in a document management position, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.Experience in an engineering and/or construction environment.This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee and other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or may be changed at any time with or without notice.Pay transparency laws require employers to provide the following information for positions that may be in the following jurisdiction(s):Salary Range(s):$136,300 - $204,400 Min/Max Pay Range(s) for postings located in NYC/NY$119,000 - $178,400 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CO and HI and MD$127,700 - $191,400 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in WA and DCSF Area $136,300 - SF Area $204,400 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CA (SF Area includes SF, SJS & WLC)The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.Benefits Summary:
