Under the direction of the Executive Director, the operational manager will assist in the oversight of all clinical services within RAH. The role will be active participant in day-to -day operational functions to increase efficiency and maintain high level of patient/provider satisfaction. Operations manager will oversee ACR accreditation and all regulatory requirements.

The addition of an operations manager will provide support to the Executive Director in the management of five imaging centers. The operations manager will be accountable for driving center growth, implementation of improved workflow to improve efficiency, maintenance of quality assurance standards and oversight of all lead and staff technologists.Requirements:Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Ability to successfully complete both generic and department-specific skills training.

In-depth understanding and application of decision support applications, business analytics, data source systems, and internal controls.

Strong human relations and interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with management, staff, and administration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective communication across various levels.

Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making.

Ability and willingness to travel to multiple imaging center locations as needed to support business operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage documents, data, and communications efficiently.

Education & Experience

Radiology experience and active ARRT

Associate degree in Business required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of five years’ experience with a demonstrated track record of success in a leadership position related to patient access functions.

Experience in managing these functions in an integrated delivery system is required.

Experience with automated systems such as call center software and radiology information systems is preferred.
