PositionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated
Business Development Representative
to join our team and help us further expand our market presence. The Business Development Representative will be the driving force in identifying and securing new business opportunities, introducing Rainin solutions, and driving continuous growth through ongoing customer acquisition. This role is hands-on, requiring a high volume of activity, direct client engagement and a relentless drive to achieve results.
Key Duties
New Account Prospecting
Identify and target new potential clients within the Life Sciences industry
Build and maintain a large pipeline of new business growth through proactive outbound prospecting
Employ a boots-on-the-ground approach to uncover new opportunities and drive client engagement
Represent the full breadth of Rainin solutions including liquid handling instrumentation, consumables, services, and software applications
Sales Strategy and Execution
Manage and optimize account transition to Sales Territory representatives for ongoing account management needs
Work closely with Sales Management to implement aggressive sales strategies aimed at capturing market share and meeting ambitious revenue goals
Monitor and report on sales metrics, adapting strategies dynamically to ensure new business targets are achieved
