What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Oversee the overall learning process across individual workstreams in collaboration with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) ManagerAdapt and apply a comprehensive learning agenda consistently throughout the CTC Grand Challenge activityIdentify and promote learning opportunities across partners and stakeholders in the anti-corruption communityServe as a lead writer to document and share successes and lessons learned with relevant partiesLead or support annual learning events and workshops to enhance grantee and staff development
What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in international development or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experienceExperience working at a senior level on anti-corruption programmingStrong technical, organizational, communications, research, reporting, writing, and analytical skills in the anti-corruption spaceAbility to coach and collaborate effectively with others across industriesFluent written and spoken English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Master’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experienceKnowledge of leveraging technology to support anti-corruption effortsFamiliarity with USAID, government, or other donor-based projectsExperience enhancing visibility and promoting learning agendas across networksAbility to work on Google Drive and various online platforms
