Weekly Pay Range - $3513 To $3903 Job Title: Program Manager III - Maternal Child Health (MCH) RN Job Specialty: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) - Critical Care Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: - Basic Life Support- Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Must-Have: - Winter Plan Requirement Job Description: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program.- Provide exceptional care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit setting.- Demonstrate excellent critical care nursing skills.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills.- Coordinate patient care plans and provide patient and family education.- Ensure compliance with all health regulations and safety standards. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
