Weekly Pay Range - $3141 To $3490 Job Title: Maternal Child Health (MCH) Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) - Critical Care Job Duration: 12 months Shift: 12 hours, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) Certifications: - Basic Life Support - Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Preferred) Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Job Description: - Provide high-level care and support to pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit.- Assist in monitoring and responding to changes in patients' conditions.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.- Document patient information accurately and timely.- Participate in patient and family education, ensuring clear communication regarding care plans.- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional environment.- Engage in continuous education and training to stay current with pediatric ICU best practices.- Demonstrate excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.- Support the team through effective communication and collaborative efforts.
