QUALIFICATIONS:•Bachelor's degree from accredited reputable institution•5-10 years preferred medical sales experience, spine is a must, capital/disruptive a plus•Documented success, award winner
ABOUT:
Privately held company (well funded) specializing in spine... one of a kind product. Capital equipment, price range 250K plus
Have new products in the pipeline, compatible with most spine products
Call Points: Spine Surgeons, C Suites, Hospitals, some ASC's... will be selling the capital system and selling utilization in the OR
Territory:
MO,KS,OK,NE
COMPENSATION:
Base: $150K Base, 200K in variable comp 350K at plan, 6 month guarantee at 100% to plan, uncapped compensation package, Equity 5K shares at sign on, full exp, medical/dental, 401K, car allowance, etc.
Interview process:
1. Zoom interview with Hiring Manager
2. Zoom interview with another director
3. Zoom interview with Sr VP of Sales
4. Face to Face interview with hiring manager
5. Final zoom with VP of HR in Israel
