Summary:
The medical independent contractor physical therapist is responsible for providing direct physical therapy services to UCP of Central Florida (UCP) in-clinic and outpatient clients according to all local, state, and federal regulations. The IC-PT reports to the Therapy Practice Office Manager (TPOM) at each campus where services are rendered. The IC-PT ensures all clients under her/his caseload receive a high- quality therapy program by optimizing each client 's abilities.
Qualifications
Education and Training:Minimum of bachelor's degree in PT therapy field (Master's or Doctorate preferred)Licensed as a PT in the State of Florida.Minimum Experience:
One (1) year preferred with pediatric developmentally challenged population in multidisciplinary setting. New graduates with pediatric internships will be considered.
