Job Summary:

The medical independent contractor speech language pathologist is responsible for providing direct speech therapy services to UCP of Central Florida (UCP) in-clinic and outpatient clients according to all local, state, and federal regulations. The IC-SLP reports to the Therapy Practice Office Manager (TPOM) at each campus where services are rendered. The IC-SLP ensures all clients under her/his caseload receive a high- quality therapy program by optimizing each client 's abilities.

Qualifications

Education and Training:Minimum bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology field (Master's or Doctorate preferred)Licensed as a SLP in the State of Florida.Minimum Experience:

One (1) year preferred with pediatric developmentally challenged population in multidisciplinary setting. New graduates with pediatric internships will be considered.
