Metal Machine Operator/Machine SetupResponsibilitiesSet up and operate metal stamping and fabricating machines such as presses, punch presses, shears, and brake presses.Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.Adjust machine settings to control speed, feed, and pressure for optimal performance.Load raw materials into machines and unload finished parts.Inspect finished parts for quality and ensure they meet required specifications.Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.Identify nonconforming parts.Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary adjustments or repairs.Identify tooling that needs repaired or sharpened.Follow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.Qualifications and SkillsHigh School diploma or equivalent.Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of metalworking processes.Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment.Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.Benefits/CompensationFull TimePay Rate is $13 per hour1st ShiftWeekly pay while employed through Career ConceptsBenefits available while employed through Career ConceptsTemp-To-HireBenefits after Probation periodLocationCorry, PAAbout Career Concepts Staffing Services, Inc.Career Concepts is the leading locally owned staffing company in Western Pennsylvania and New York, dedicated to connecting top-tier talent with exceptional opportunities.
