Key responsibilities include:Ensuring all audiovisual and technology equipment in conference rooms (e.g., computers, displays, codecs, etc.) are fully operational and ready before scheduled meetings.Conducting daily checks of conference rooms to verify equipment functionality; coordinating with audiovisual vendors and the Technology team for repairs or maintenance as needed.Operating conference room equipment when required, such as initiating video conferences, adjusting camera and microphone settings, performing live switching, and transitioning presentations.Monitoring the firms conference room scheduling system to ensure technology resources meet meeting requirements, resolving any conflicts by coordinating with a supervisor.Providing additional technical support to end-users, including assistance with laptop connectivity, docking, printing, and conference room displays.Wed love to hear from you if you:Have a strong understanding of PC and Mac technology support related to AV and VC.Demonstrate knowledge of technologies and equipment used for high-quality videoconferencing, audio conferencing, projection, and other meeting support (e.g., control systems, video systems, microphones, speakers).Are experienced in working with IT and networking products.
