Westminster Communities of Florida is a national leader in senior living and dedicated to a Mission and ministry of service to older adults. We're currently hiring for a Sr. Financial Analyst in our Orlando office. This position will analyze financial data, develop forecasts, and provide insights to support the organization's objectives while maintaining financial health and sustainability.

In this role, you will:

Create comprehensive financial models for budgeting and forecasting, covering all financial statements including the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.Conduct detailed variance analyses to compare budgeted or forecasted figures against actual results, highlighting key trends.Maintain and enhance current budgeting and forecasting infrastructure, including the creation of templates, models, and the design and implementation of systems to track and report trends.Work closely with Operational and Finance Leadership to build and maintain capital planning in budgeting softwarePartner with corporate and community leadership to facilitate expense planning, analyze financial data, offer insights into cost trends and support business needs.Serve as finance business partner to Affordable Housing and Ancillary Services sectors, developing and leading the budgeting cycles and conducting applicable financial analyses.Manage and update reporting packages to display financial, operational, and key performance indicators organization-wide.Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators. Create and maintain meaningful reports that reflect these analyses. Provide essential financial analysis for special projects, investment decisions, and strategic planning.Continuously seek opportunities to automate and streamline processes to reduce cycle time by leveraging technological and system solutions.Qualifications you possess:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university in accounting/finance. MBA preferred.Minimum 5 years in a role with accounting, problem solving, or analytical experience is required.Certified Public Accountant, desirable.
