Schedule: Monday - Friday Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: The Group Sales Administrative Assistant is an entry-level position with a career path to the Sales arena.Candidates must be highly motivated, eager, and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed.This position is responsible for assisting Sales Managers with group sales leads, creating proposals, drafting Sales Agreements, entering bids into electronic RFP systems such as Cvent, HopSkip, Plannerhero, etc.Additional tasks include assisting with commissions, client site visits, and solicitation projects.This is an excellent opportunity to learn the Sales role, and progress to a Sales Manager.The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask, complete projects in a timely manner, and is organized and detail oriented.This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
