If you're detail-oriented and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!What You'll Do:As a Quality Technician at CG Plastics, you will play a vital role in maintaining the excellence of our plastic injection molding production. You'll be responsible for:Ensuring Quality: Inspecting molded parts, providing disposition of defects, and ensuring production output meet customer specifications.Process Monitoring: Auditing production processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly.Problem-Solving: Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot and improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.Build Quality Processes: Bring your experience and expertise to the role and help to build a culture of continuous improvement.Supporting Production: Jumping in to help operate injection molding machines when needed to keep production flowing smoothly.What We're Looking For:We need someone who thrives on upholding high standards and takes pride in their work.
