RMA is currently seeking a Full-Time Clinical Assistant to join our growing team in
Morristown, NJ
who would be working
Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 2:00pm with rotating weekends and holidays .
Responsibilities:
Assist physicians with clinical proceduresAccurately document ultrasound report in stim sheetIdentify specimen for inseminationMaintain sterile techniquePerform routine patient assessmentClean exam rooms promptlyMaintain clinical supplies inventoryManage lanfax for outside labs, reports, results, prescriptions refillsEnter all labs and outside reportsComfort patients by anticipating patient's anxieties; answering patient's questionsAssure quality care by adhering to therapeutic standardsMaintain an excellent rapport and working relationship with multidisciplinary teams within the PracticeRequirements:
Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program required; State certification preferredMinimum 3 years experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practiceWomen's Healthcare background preferredExcellent computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and ExcelEMR experience preferredStrong phlebotomy skillsAbility to communicate accurately and concisely
