Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and our internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week. To provide our employees with flexibility, we offer a unique benefit where employees at Fanatics' corporate entity can work remotely for up to four weeks per year, which can be taken in daily or weekly increments.
The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Payroll to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Payroll modules and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. As a Payroll Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze business processes, test execution, and ensure the successful implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Payroll solutions.
What You'll Do:
Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to payroll processes and systems.Process Analysis:
Analyze existing payroll processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.Solution Design:
Design Oracle HCM Payroll solutions based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company policies.Implementation Support:
Collaborate with technical teams during the implementation phase to configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Payroll solutions.User Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users on new payroll processes and systems functionalities.System Maintenance:
Proactively monitor and maintain Oracle HCM Payroll systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation of payroll processes, configurations, and system updates.Compliance and Security:
Ensure payroll processes and systems comply with regulatory requirements and company security policies.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with specialization in Oracle HCM Payroll modules.Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation and support including payroll costing and configuration.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.Experience with other Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Reporting, Workflow, etc.
