Welder Fabricator

Senior MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator needed in Green Bay, WI! Direct Hire! Trillium Staffing is currently recruiting for a Senior MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator who is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with the company! The Senior MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator will be reading routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings to make products per customer specs. You will be responsible for various types of weld preparations, welding, assembly, quality checks and weld finishing operations to complete custom products in a job shop environment. Experience operating various equipment such as Brake Press, Shears, CNC Saws, and Plasma Tables is preferred. The Senior Fabricator will also assist and train less experienced team members in welding/fab methods, quality checks, and other day to day tasks to help grow the team. We are looking for a true leader who takes ownership of their work, is willing to train and lead a team, and performs to high quality standards This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity, with a well-established custom job shop in the Green Bay area. The standard 1st shift hours are Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm, with flexibility. The starting wage is based on experience and weld test results, $28-33+ per hour. Qualifications: - 3-5+ years of TIG & MIG welding experience in a job shop environment., required. - Strong fabrication skills and experience with layouts and measurements, required. - Experience working with sheet metal, stainless steel, and other alloys. - Ability to read complex blueprints and shop drawings. - Experience operating various hand/power tools and other shop fabrication equipment, required. - Willingness to train fellow employees on day to day tasks as needed. - Open to minimal travel (5-10%) is a plus, not required.Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
