As our Accounting Manager, your day starts by reviewing client books, ensuring everything is in perfect order. In this supervisory role, you collaborate with our bookkeepers, providing guidance and answering their questions to keep the workflow smooth. When clients reach out, you're there to discuss their financials over the phone or via video call, offering clarity and peace of mind. Occasionally, you dive into bookkeeping tasks, applying your expertise to resolve any challenges. Every day, you're helping businesses maximize their financial potential while working in a laid-back and supportive environment.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS OUR ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Bachelor's degree in accounting5+ years of experience in accounting1+ years of experience reviewing others' accounting workAdvanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and MS ExcelStrong communication skills for phone and video client interactionsPreferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience reviewing others' work
YOUR SCHEDULE
This full-time accounting role is based in Las Vegas, NV. You'll work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
