Our client is seeking a Finance Support Junior with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively. This role involves handling high-volume, complex transactions, including processing share transfer requests, resolving escalated issues, and investigating payments. Responsibilities also include check and Fed wire disbursements, check stop payments, and adherence to compliance guidelines.
Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly. This role requires cross-training across various functions, ensuring operational efficiency and top-notch client service.
salary: $19.42 - $19.43 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: Bachelors
Responsibilities
This role is for an experienced Global Stock Plan Services Operations Associate who handles high volume, complex, and sensitive transactions. This role will include processing share transfer requests, clearing outstanding debits, resolution of escalated issues, reissues, processing and investigating payments, check and Fed wire disbursements, check stop payments, etc. Associates are required to meet production and quality standards, cross train in multiple functions, adhere to compliance and control guidelines, and interact with internal and external clients, as well as peers in phones and operations.
