Our client is an organization in the Greater Milwaukee area looking for an

External Reporting Manager . Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, detail oriented, and an independent worker. This company offers professional growth, an inclusive and collaborative workplace, and competitive benefits. This position is hybrid.

The salary for this position is $100k - $130k.

The

External Reporting Manager

will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements and related disclosures for the quarterly earnings release, 10-Q and 10-K, including XBRL tagging Prepare sales/use tax returns or filings.Serve as a resource for the finance team on complex accounting topics, perform research and conclude on internal policy decisions.Lead the SEC filing software and relationship with service provider, annual contract renewals, training, updates, education.Involved in the monthly financial close process including consolidation, preparation of the cash flow statement and accounting for leases.Provide support to the corporate administrative functional leaders, including budgeting, forecasting and other accounting support.Other duties and projects as assigned.The

External Reporting Manager

will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.3+ years of experience within public accounting or industry financial role with progressive experience.CPA required.Experience with SAP, OneStream and Wdesk a plus.S. GAAP knowledge and technical research skills.Very detail oriented and organized.
