The
Senior Financial Analyst, Growth
will play a critical role in driving the Company's future growth pipeline. This position will be fully dedicated to building financial models for all future new stores, new real estate formats, as well as renovations and remodels. The role will consist of measuring various format options and determining the ideal return on investment based on specific buildout, revenue, and operating assumptions.
The
Senior Financial Analyst, Growth
will be responsible for:
Forecasting revenue and profit/loss statements for new real estate and/or alternative revenue stream opportunities that support specific market growth strategiesLead ad-hoc research projects to better understand customer behavior, size growth opportunities, and create financial models for new initiativesUtilize Sitewise Analytics to model revenue projections for new store opportunities across the U.S.Leverage Sitewise Analytics to assist with market planning roadmap, whitespace analysis, site evaluation, and demo/psycho analysisOwn the Company's revenue regression model; key thought leader in understanding which variables have the most significant impact on the Company's revenue trend line (competition, positioning, trade area, demographics, psychographics, format, income levels, etc.)Prepare executive level presentations for monthly Market Planning and Capital Committee meetingsAdvise Executive Team on strategic initiatives and priorities for both organic and inorganic (M&A) growthAssess acquisition and lease takeover opportunities through market research and financial modelingExperience:
3-5 years of experience in finance, real estate, management consulting or corporate developmentRestaurant industry or multi-unit experience is preferredExperience with detailed sales (regression) forecasting and modelingSuccessful background in analyzing & building operating P&Ls and long-range discounted cash flow modelsExperience data mining in EPM systems such as IBM Planning Analytics and/or Oracle Hyperion Financial ManagementOther desired systems experience includes Buxton and/or Sitewise or other mobile data tracking software programSkills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Salary range for this role:
Starting salary range based on experience
$110,000-$120,000 USD
