Senior HR Manager | $150k

Southbay entrepreneurial and growth-focused professional services firm is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager. This role plays an integral part in overseeing all HR initiatives and day-to-day operations for the organization. The ideal candidate will be a relationship builder, have ability to motivate others, and lead with intention and by example. This position will require the highest level of confidentiality and commitment to creating solutions and improving processes and procedures. In addition, it will require initiative, strong communication skills, and the continuation of developing an inclusive work environment. The right candidate for the role will have a strong HR background, 5+ years of experience managing a team, be extremely quick-moving, and enjoy a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance, payroll, benefits, and leaves of absence
• HRIS, Payroll, Performance Management and Survey systems
• Onboarding, employee relations, and performance reviews
• Implement and lead policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR management experience
• Bachelor's Degree is required
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP Certification preferred
• Proven HR generalist background
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and extremely personable
