Position Overview:

We’re committed to delivering timely and effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services without waitlists, ensuring children aged 2 to 12 receive the support they need, whether at our centers or in-home.

Your Day at Brightside:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Brightside, your role may evolve over time. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and areas for growth.

Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of ABA.

Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and team members in implementing behavior intervention strategies.

Oversee data collection procedures and analyze data to make data-driven decisions.

Provide training to caregivers and team members on ABA principles and best practices.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and goal alignment.

Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and communications in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Stay informed about the latest research and trends in ABA through professional development activities.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications

:

Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the BACB.

Master’s or doctoral degree in a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a BCBA.

Experience in conducting assessments, developing BIPs, and overseeing ABA programs.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in data collection software; Rethink experience preferred.
