The Graduate Assistant (GA) for Student Accessibility Services (SAS) will work as a member of the SAS team to coordinate and oversee peer mentor support including assisting with training of mentors, monitoring mentor progress, and collecting data. Additionally, the GA will provide case management to students registered with SAS, supervise practicum students and interns, and fulfill other duties as assigned regarding their program’s direct/indirect training hours.Discipline Specific Required Qualifications

Currently admitted to a graduate degree program.Be in good academic standing.Be registered full-time for the respective semester (nine semester credit hours during the fall/spring semester, six semester credit hours during the summer session), or completing the required number of semester credit hours to fulfill the remaining requirements on the degree plan.Preferred Qualifications

Experience with young adults with disabilities, leading social skill development groups, and/or mentoring as related to such skills as time management/organization, self-advocacy, communication, self-care, and stress management.Salary:
