$55,256.00 - $74,031.50**Annual salary noted above is based on an 8 hour day and full days worked calendar. Any position that is less than a full FTE/8 hours per day or late start will be prorated accordingly.McLain Community High School is seeking a dynamic, highly qualified secondary Science teacher for the LIVE (9th and 10th grade curriculum) Learning Community. This person must be passionate about teaching and believe in high academic standards for all students. This position requires commitment to alternative educational approaches, teamwork, and a thorough knowledge of district high school math curriculum. The successful candidate will be able to teach structured classes as well as facilitate individualized learning, using differentiated instruction. The successful candidate is experienced with highly interactive and experiential lesson planning. He/she will be able to describe a sample for the interview committee. The candidate will also be able to provide quality elective course offerings.Required Qualifications:
