philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphereEnthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relationsProvide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned table(s)Perform accurate chip and cash transactionsObserve, analyze, and maintain the integrity of all table game activityEnsure all table games employees provide optimum service to all guestsSupervise the appropriate issuance of credit and player trackingPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Must be 21 years of age or olderMust be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming BoardHigh School graduate or equivalentMust have a broad knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and proceduresMust be able to handle cash transactions with a high degree of accuracyMust have excellent customer service skillsMust have outstanding written and verbal communication skillsPhysical Demands:Lift up to a maximum of 50 pounds and frequently lift and carry up to 25 poundsFrequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reaching overhead.Requires manual dexterity to deal and collect cards and chipsRequires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversightWork Environment:As a Table Games Supervisor, you may be exposed to bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
