As a Slot Technician Supervisor, you will supervise the daily operations of the Slot Technicians which includes all aspects of the electronic gaming devices ("EGDs") including, but not limited to, inventory levels, budgeting demands, regulatory requirements, and team member performance.Duties and Responsibilities:

Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere.Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations.Responsible for the overall supervision and management of the Slot Technician Operations in the absence of the Slot Technician Shift Manager.Manage all aspects of slot technical needs, including but not limited to safeguarding, maintaining, repairing, and monitoring all EGDs.Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals.Assist with machine moves, equipment installations, and equipment upgrades.Mentor team members to provide superior guest service.Develop and maintain a welcoming, safe, professional, and friendly work environment.Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action.Oversee the overall integrity of slot games.Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older.Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.High school or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.Must have knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations and casino game rules.Must have three years of experience in slot operations, particularly in the technician side of slots.Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills are required.Physical Demands:

Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 50 pounds and occasionally required to move up to 500 pounds with assistance.Frequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reach overhead.Requires manual dexterity to conduct repairs on slot machines.Work Environment:

In this work environment, you may be exposed to bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
