Job Description

What you will be doing:Reporting to the Tonga Room Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging serviceUnderstand the Server's tasks in the outletUnderstand shift end reports in the outlet and the POS systemAssist guests regarding food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful wayHave knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assignedHourly Rate: $30.99 USD Gross per hour

Qualifications

Qualifications:Previous service experience an assetPrevious Point of Sale System experience an assetExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):Constant standing and walking throughout shiftLifting 50 lbs maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers, and small tools.Occasional kneeling, pushing, pullingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
