EOE/M/F/D/VJob DescriptionWhat is in it for you:Reporting to the Tonga General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experienceAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayEnsure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet in a fast pace environment.Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotionsHave knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageAble to multitask and successfully execute duties in a fast manner.Other duties as assignedRate: $23.10 USD Gross per hourPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):Constant standing and walking throughout shiftFrequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbsOccasional kneeling, pushing, pullingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and rampsExposure to hot surfaces.QualificationsYour experience and skills include:Previous high volume restaurant service experience an assetPrevious Point of Sale System experience an assetExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
