Role Responsibilities:
Conducts classroom observation, evaluations, and provides feedback that motivates and encourages learning.
Manages team to ensure TLE curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards.
Uses a growth mindset to train, coach and develop for the future.
Listens objectively to employee concerns and notify Director.
Daily management of classroom ratios.
Ensure appropriate ratios are always intact and labor is effectively managed to budget.
Training educators on curriculum with Show Do Review format.
Microsite upkeep/staff bios.
MBB Enhancers completed by the 5th of the month.
Incident/accident reports inputting in Core.
Update Parent Board in Hallway.
Weekly Menu.
CUSTOMER FOCUS:
Leads tour with prospective families, highlighting key features and points of difference of our curriculum, teacher tenure/quality, etc.
Executes “parent pleasers.”
Execution of our Show and Tell pictures/documentation.
Execution of Calendar events.
Medication management/topical medical forms.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred.
Must meet state specific guidelines.
