Klarent Hospitality are recruiting for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

The Role:

As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will support and assist the Food and Beverage Manager

Manage operations of all Food and Beverage outlets and deliver an excellent Guest Experience

Deliver exceptional levels of customer service

Ensure compliance of brand standards and where possible exceeding brand expectations

Develop, manage, and train the Food and Beverage team

Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food Costs, Liquor Costs and Payroll

Support with beverage control procedures and stocktaking

Maximise sales and revenue opportunities across Food and Beverage

Support with appraisals and performance reviews with teams under your responsibility

Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement

Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
