We encourage applications from women, people of color, people with disabilities, veterans, and other candidates from underrepresented backgrounds.About the Position: The Management Department maintains a vacancy pool of qualified persons interested in temporary teaching positions in Poulsbo, WA. Applications are accepted continuously for temporary part-time non-tenure track teaching positions, with occasional opportunities for temporary, full-time appointments. Positions may become available at any time and are typically filled on a quarterly basis.Position Responsibilities:Be an excellent teacher and engage students actively in their own learning.Provide feedback on coursework and examinations, and be available to students through regularly scheduled office hours.Ensure evaluations of courses are made available to the department chair and faculty for annual review.Effectively communicate course concepts face-to-face or using ITV.Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.Collaborate with on-site tenured faculty to ensure theoretical links between course topics.Required Qualifications:MBA, JD, or Master’s Degree in a business-related field.Demonstrated successful experience in teaching.Academically or professionally qualified in management.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse students, faculty, and staff.Preferred Qualifications:PhD in Business or related field.Conditions of Employment:
