We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer

to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers flexible working hours, a competitive salary, and a work-life balance with a 40-hour per week limit. As a Senior Engineer, you will lead the design, management, and execution of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects, contributing to sustainable and efficient solutions. You will collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery across various sectors.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including planning, design, and implementation.Oversee engineering design processes, including hydraulic modeling, pump station design, wastewater treatment, and stormwater management.Provide technical expertise in water distribution, wastewater collection, treatment processes, and regulatory compliance.Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, ensuring project quality and adherence to industry standards.Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Develop project proposals, feasibility studies, cost estimates, and environmental impact assessments.Review and seal engineering plans, specifications, and reports.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and guidelines.Use advanced software tools and technology for the design and simulation of water/wastewater systems.Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices, tools, and methodologies.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering discipline (Master's degree preferred).10+ years

of experience in water and wastewater engineering, including project management.Professional Engineer (PE)

license required.Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley WaterCAD/SewerCAD, or similar).Strong knowledge of hydraulic modeling, water distribution, and wastewater treatment systems.Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Benefits:
