environment, this role could be the perfect next step in your career.As a SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant, Your Key Responsibilities will include:Supporting students in the classroom, particularly those with
SEN
needs.Assisting teachers in preparing lessons and adapting them to meet the needs of students with
SEN .Providing one-to-one or small group support to students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.Helping to implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Encouraging students to develop their independence, social skills, and self-confidence.Participating in team meetings and contribute to the school's overall
SEN
strategy.Working closely with teachers and other staff members to support the educational and emotional development of students.As a SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant, Your Requirements will include:A bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a relevant field is necessary.Experience working with children, ideally in an
SEN
environment, is required.Solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.Patience, empathy, and a sincere passion for supporting children with
