Staff Research AssociateA position for a recent graduate wishing to gain hands-on experience in cancer research. We offer advanced professional training in basic and translational cancer research within an academic laboratory environment.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry or Cellular Biology.Some previous laboratory experience in academia is desired.Good organization skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.Passion for personal development in a research environment.Description of Duties:Perform in vitro experiments using techniques including, but not limited to aseptic cell culture, molecular cloning, RNA isolation and PCR, western blotting and microscopy.Perform in vivo experiments using mouse models of cancer.Obtain, analyze, and carefully record experimental data.Write reports and present experimental results.Maintain laboratory supply inventory, centralized files, and records.Salary Range:

$18-23/hr.*MON
