As the Bowl Valley Supervisor, you'll offer visionary leadership, fostering an engaged team committed to delivering quality, efficiency, and exceptional service. Your role encompasses overseeing day-to-day operations effectively and efficiently, with a crucial focus on employee training.Starting Rate:

$21.36 per hourWe recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $22.88.Job Duties Include:Having full knowledge of menu items and pricingHandling all cash and credit card transactions from guests in an efficient and accurate mannerEnsuring stocking Bowl Valley amenitiesEnsuring the shoe rentals are appropriately handled and accounted forEnsuring that lanes booking is handled appropriately/assigned as needed/well maintainedAssist guests/members in reference to their score sheets, when requiredEnsuring that Bowl Valley Area Machines are in an operational and functional manner at all times, assist or perform in stripping and conditioning bowling lanes and pin decks and other Machine/Lane related dutiesManage a team of 5-10 staff members including scheduling, operations and daily duties as assignedOther duties as assignedQualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:High School Diploma required, hospitality degree or entertainment degree/recreational will be considered an assetPrevious guest service experience including point of sale system experience preferredFive pin bowling knowledge will be considered an assetComputer experience is preferredThis job requires the ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50lbs in some instancesAdditional Information
