Food & Beverage Supervisor

is responsible for daily F&B operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEmployment hiring process.Administer and enforce internal cash controls and procedures.Administer and enforce inventory controls.Maintain daily and weekly revenue reports.Weekly purchasing of all liquor, beer, wine and beverage supplies.Maintain proper sanitation and Health Departments standards.Maintain proper maintenance schedule for all beverage department equipment and supplies.Any reasonable request by your immediate Supervisor and any Manager.Ensure proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards are followed and maintained.Keep your work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.All Employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.Excellent employee and customer skills are essential.Excellent public relation skills.Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.Must present a well-groomed appearance.Must be at least 21 years of age.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEMinimum three years of experience managing a high volume food operation.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust be able to obtain and maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming License.Valid Driver's License.LANGUAGE SKILLSMust be able to effectively communicate in English.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.COMPUTER SKILLSMust have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
