JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for all operational aspects of all food and beverage units in their respective area.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCommunicate with the Food and Beverage Manager on all aspects of the Food and Beverage Department.Assist Food and Beverage Attendants and Unit Leads in all phases of stand operation.Ensure all stands are ready to operate at the proper opening times.Ensure all stands are properly shut down, equipment is turned off, and all paperwork is completed correctly.Report equipment failures and malfunctions to the Food and Beverage Manager.Ensure all team members are in proper uniforms and meet grooming codes.Help maintain quality and portion control standards on all food items.Ensure proper PPE is worn at all times.Ensure temperature logs are filled out every two hours.Continuously train and coach all team members.Must be available to work all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and be available to work Monday through Sunday.Monitor equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance.Practice safety methods and techniques to ensure work areas are safe.Follow and enforce all Six Flags Darien Lake, state, and federal labor laws and policies and procedures.Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, safety, and food standards in compliance with health department, legal, and company standards/guidelines.Ensure compliance with company values and mission by all team members.Ensure that any injured team member reports the injury to First Aid immediately.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSSupervisory experienceGuest focusedTeam playerTrustworthyGoal orientedKnowledge of NYS Labor LawsOTHER FUNCTIONS:
