Showing 1 locationThe Sanitation Supervisor will be directly responsible for conducting sanitation audits daily, as well as all Serv Safe and Sanitation Basics training property-wide. This includes, but is not limited to, annual re-certification.Summary of Essential Job Functions

Weekly internal sanitation auditsTeam coaching and developmentManagement and hourly annual certificationEvent day concession stand, kitchen, and catering area sanitation walksNFP annual training and monthly refresher coursesWeekly report outs utilizing Safety Culture in line with Diversey standardsQualifications

Teaching experience preferred, Serv Safe proctor certification, background in culinary arts or hospitality management, solid knowledge of foodborne pathogens, illness and disease, with a solid knowledge of food science.Disclaimer:
