Showing 1 locationThe Sanitation Supervisor will be directly responsible for conducting sanitation audits daily, as well as all Serv Safe and Sanitation Basics training property-wide. This includes, but is not limited to, annual re-certification.Summary of Essential Job Functions
Conduct weekly internal sanitation audits.Team coaching and development.Management and hourly annual certification.Event day concession stand, kitchen, and catering area sanitation walks.NFP annual training and monthly refresher courses.Weekly report outs utilizing Safety Culture in line with Diversey standards.Qualifications
Teaching experience preferred, Serv Safe proctor certification, background in culinary arts or hospitality management, and solid knowledge of foodborne pathogens, illness, and disease, along with a strong understanding of food science.Disclaimer:
