Join us and be part of a team that values its people!Safety, Health and Environmental Manager (SHE)CMI is expanding, and we're looking for a Health and Safety Associate to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Manage Safety, Health and Environmental program (SHE)Provide technical expertise to all departmentsInteract daily with engineers, process specialists and process leadersLead and participate in the investigation of workplace incidentsEvaluate risks and cost-effective resolve for all Occupation and Health issues including risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.Requirements and Experience:10 years of environmental, health and safety experience3+ years managing Safety, Health and Environment Program (SHE) requiredAbility to work at a corporate levelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEducation and Credentials:Bachelor’s degree in a Health and Safety disciplineProfessional credentials such as ASP, SMS, OHST or CHSTPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing and walkingAbility to climb a ladderAbility to stoop, crawl and bendAbility to lift up to 30lbsOther Requirements:Background check and potential drug screening required for the positionOvertime and flexible working hours may be necessary based on project demandsResidence within a reasonable commuting distanceThis job description is subject to change at any time.
