Bench Scientist

Join our team as a Bench Scientist where you will play a crucial role in routine protein labeling, purification, and quality control processes. Your responsibilities will include generating Fabs from IgG, performing protein purifications, and assisting with western blots and expression characterization. If you have a passion for scientific discovery and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Routine protein labeling and final characterization (target proteins and mAb/Fab, labeling, all labels including fluors, biotin, etc.)Fab generation from IgGQC of commercially sourced reagentsAssistance/backup for weekly western blots and expression characterizationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field preferredA minimum of 0-3+ years of experience in a lab settingStrong work ethic and a desire to learnExperience purifying expressed proteinsExperience with AKTA FPLC and Agilent HPLC a plusExperience with antibodies is a plus.
