About the Role

Flow is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant on a contract to hire basis to deliver exceptional administrative support and customer service in our experience center. You will be responsible for handling a diverse array of administrative and clerical tasks while maintaining our relentlessly high standards and experience. Additionally, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our valued neighbors, guests and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism and prioritize reliability, a strong work ethic, and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

Establish quick rapport and foster strong client relationships through warm welcomes, handling inquiries, welcoming guests, and managing phone callsEnsure the Experience Center is organized and visually appealing by managing office supplies, arranging floral decorations, and researching potential vendorsAssist in event preparation and coordination as neededSchedule and coordinate presentations, including organizing food delivery and providing marketing materialsWork collaboratively with our team to support their effortsExecute various administrative tasks to support the team in their daily operationsDevelop and maintain the monthly schedule for the experience centerMaintain precise and current files, records, and documentation with confidentiality and integrityEnsure alignment with the company's Mission and Vision statementDraft and distribute internal communications and emails as neededIdeal Background
