During this time, participants receive experiential and formal training including:EHS Management Systems understanding and implementationEHS procedure/policy development and implementationEHS Training Development and DeliveryEHS Regulatory processEHS Project ManagementPeople Leadership and InfluenceManufacturing process knowledgeSelection CriteriaA Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health and Safety Management, Chemical Engineering or an equivalent fieldPrevious relevant internships/co-ops in a manufacturing settingAbility to lead projects and develop project plansStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWillingness and flexibility to relocate during or upon completion of the EHSLP ProgramLocation of AssignmentVarious Owens Corning manufacturing sites in the US.About Owens CorningMasonite is now proudly part of Owens Corning.
