Associate People and Culture Business PartnerIn the role as Associate People & Culture (P&C) Partner you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer.

The team you will be part of

You will join a team of four Associate P&C Business Partners supporting the Global P&C Business Partners and the business. As a team, we are committed, service-minded, and proactive. We have a constructive approach and we speak up if we see opportunities for improvements.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

Be a sparring partner with leaders and provide support on different topics and processes.

Secure annual global P&C processes in designated business areas, e.g. performance review, merit and bonus process, engagement survey, etc.

Guide and govern job levels and salary benchmarks.

Work with people analytics.

Process tasks in our HCM system Workday and other operational tasks.

Take part in people business initiatives, such as organizational changes, change management, and other initiatives in close collaboration with Global P&C Business Partners.

Coordinate activities and leverage our HR model together with other Associate People and Culture Partners, Global P&C Partners, Centres of Excellence, HR Operations, and Talent Attraction.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

Have some years of HR experience and hold a degree in a relevant field.

Thrive in an international environment and have a good business understanding.

Are comfortable working with data, HR systems, and Excel.

Have effective written and spoken communication skills in English.
